Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service and users regarding the use of restaurant recommendation services provided by Pick My Lunch (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means restaurant recommendation and related services provided by Pick My Lunch.
2. "User" means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Anonymous ID" means a unique identifier automatically generated to identify users.

Article 3 (Privacy Protection)

This Service does not collect personal information.

• We do not request personal identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number.
• Anonymous IDs are randomly generated and cannot identify individuals.
• Settings are stored in the user's browser or optionally on the server.

Article 4 (Service Use)

1. The Service is available to anyone without separate membership registration.
2. Users can search for and receive recommendations for restaurant information through the Service.
3. The Service is provided free of charge, and some features may be monetized in the future.

Article 5 (Data Storage and Management)

1. Settings data is stored in the user's browser by default.
2. Clearing browser cache may delete stored data.
3. If a sync code is created, the data is also stored on the server.
4. Data recovery is impossible if the sync code is lost.

Article 6 (Service Provider's Obligations)

1. The Service will do its best to provide stable service.
2. In case of system maintenance or failure, the Service may be temporarily suspended after prior notice.
3. The accuracy of restaurant information provided is not guaranteed and should be used for reference only.

Article 7 (User's Obligations)

1. Users must not use the Service for illegal purposes.
2. Activities that interfere with service operations or cause system overload are prohibited.
3. Users must not steal others' information or enter false information.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is not responsible for service interruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure.
2. Restaurant information provided through the Service is for reference, and actual visits may differ.
3. We are not responsible for damages incurred from using the Service.
4. We are not responsible for sites linked externally.

Article 9 (Copyright)

1. Copyright for all content on the Service belongs to Pick My Lunch.
2. Reviews or ratings written by users are copyrighted to the users.
3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission is prohibited.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes related to service use shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. If litigation is necessary, the court having jurisdiction over the service provider's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

1. These Terms may be modified due to legal changes or service policy changes.
2. When Terms are changed, notice will be given 7 days in advance through service announcements.
3. If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.
